Deposit
Reservations will only be considered as firm bookings after the receipt of a deposit to the amount of 50% of the value of the stay. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice on departure.
Cancellation/amendment
In case of a cancellation or amendment up to 30 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. The deposits will not be refunded where cancellations or amendments are received between 30 days and 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation or an amendment taking place from 7 days to the date of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged as compensation.
Check-out
Rooms must be vacated by 12h00. If you wish to remain in occupancy after this time, please contact reception.
Check-in
We do our best to make rooms available as early as possible; however, in general this is not possible before 15h00.
Pets are not accepted.
We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance and are familiar with our Cancellation Policy outlined on this page.
